Rules to work by

Yes, we are creative and building a new brand is what we love the most. Just as a healthy relationship requires a lot of communication, the same happens between the client and the agency.

An ordinary day in our life is guided by a set of rules and values so important that we could not keep them just for ourselves.

Less is all

We are at the barricades for you to enjoy the full potential of your business. And, if we are still here, we also want to change the incorrect perception that advertising is exclusively about creative work.

Not.

It is continuous testing, intimate understanding of the market and the delivery of granular solutions that reach people because your business makes a real difference.

It is strategic work, which addresses each problem individually and helps you to be the voice that is needed in your industry.

It is also a layer of creativity applied to a nucleus of statistical precision.

How projects come to life

We have not yet found any secret potion that will send us directly to a successful project , but along the way we have managed to collect some rules that will help us say wow at the end. Both us and our clients.

Brief Online

The first thing we need in the creative process is the brief. He is the one on the basis of which the offer is sent. It’s ok, we understand if the dog ate it and you didn’t get to build another in the meantime, we can solve it together. Brief creation is among the services we offer.

On Boarding

Our meeting was a success, we decided that we are a couple, we will work together. You are about to receive an on-boarding email that describes the journey of your project and the steps we have to go through.

Discovery Stage

This is the part where we get to know each other better. As in every relationship, we start looking at everything you did (brand research) and you tell us what you like and what you don’t (strategic and visual approach)

Project in progress

After the approval of the strategic and visual concept , we are ready with the discovery part . Which means… the creative process is about to start and we are extra excited. Everything should work as planned if we work together on this. Hubby and wife, do you remember? Together until the end (that of the project). And, if we have reached this chapter, every relationship is based on certain rules . We respect yours, we already know you will do the same with ours. Here they are below.

Working hours

We already know about creative people that they seem like some kind of hippies from Woodstock. Well, we are more cerebral than that, and we definitely get more tasks. We need rest to be creative, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to offer 100% of creativity. That is precisely why our working hours start at 9:00 and end at 18:00, on working days: Monday – Friday.

Feedback

We are the kind of people who don’t like being seen. We promise not to bother you with messages in the middle of the night when you are with the boys in town. We only need feedback during working hours to be able to stick to timeline management.

T/L Mgmt

We need feedback in the initially agreed time because we do not want to delay the projects. However, if we do not receive information on time, it will most likely be like this. We care about your budget and time, as much as we care about our team.

One to one

Discussions between several team members usually mean a lot of lost information. That’s exactly why we love our project manager. Sandra, if you’re reading, you should know that we love you very much. She is the only one who centralizes the feedback from a designated member of the client.

Budget friendly

We work according to the budget, as long as we stick to the initial plan. Imagine that you go to a restaurant and order a soup, but you change your mind and want a beef steak. The chef can do both, but the cost is different. The cook is paid according to the complexity and materials used.
